Laying the Foundation: The core idea for Logicdrives—tracking and stimulating material reuse via blockchain—was conceptualized. Though team size prevented participation in the EU Horizon tournament, we committed to building the solution step-by-step, as a service company.

Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaboration with industrial end-users led to the successful development of our data-driven rotable stock management system, a key feature in the Logicdrives maintenance platform.
- 2022
Introducing "Babysitting" Logistics: We specialized in logistics, developing our 'Babysitting' service to monitor operations-critical components. This became the foundation for our real-time component tracking software and the proprietary Logicdrives Repair and Lifetime Formula.
- 2023
Proactive Stock Management: We launched active services for managing customer stock levels and monitoring component statuses directly via the Logicdrives dashboard.
- 2025
Navigating Global Trade: To support our EU and UK clients, we enhanced our documentation processes for new customs laws, collaborating with HAN University in Arnhem. Crucially, we redeveloped the core Logicdrives platform engine with end-user input.
